Delivered to me from 9.8.2019-xx.8.2019 (Hong Kong-Slovakia), but the customs stopped my device and I paid a total of 540 € because 110 € is for customs handling the order. Yes, we made a mistake and chosen the proper name for the Version "blackness mirror", and yes information technology is called black mirror in your receipt, on the website, on the society confirmation, merely y'all saw information technology on the product picture show, information technology is a blackness version, but more grey black.

Communication and commitment were excellent cannot error that. Bought the telephone equally a backup for my Samsung in case it always broke. This happened about 2 months ago and I went to use the Xiaomi MI 5C I had purchased while it was being repaired. The phone crashed randomly about 100 times a 24-hour interval no matter what I did, opened messages or opened apps it would instantly reboot which was very frustrating. I emailed Customer service on the 28th June to suggest and was told to hard reset which I did to no avail. Continuous emails back asking about phone data which is fair enough.
Warranty lapsed during the last few emails and I was and then told the warranty had run out and I would accept to pay for a repair.
I brash the problem was reported before it ran out so it should all the same be honored to which I was told I did not report before information technology ran out even though the dates were very manifestly present in the e-mail chain! The last email advice I got is below.

This may have been a i off faulty device but be aware the customer service is not bang-up. Shame really as I would have recommended them otherwise.

Aye I bought a phone in case my samsung bankrupt I even forwarded you lot the electronic mail from the claims company telling me my phone was set to be sent back and you lot are still calling me a liar. At first I was very skeptical most this site just after reading some reviews here, I decided to take the risk. Here's my review in the below categories.
Delivery: Estimated 2 weeks but got information technology inside 10 days.
Packaging: Splendid
Product: Very Good
Customer Service Response: Very Good
Shipment Tracking: Not and then peachy on tradingshenzhen website merely once information technology is taken over by courier service (Used DHL) then it turned Excellent every bit I was Tracking on DHL website.
